Q. How much does the euVantage package cost?

A. £3.99 per month including VAT

Q. How much will my calls cost?

A. All calls to any UK landline number, off peak (evenings & weekends) are free.

Q. Where are Free international calls to?

A. YOU will receive FREE (fair usage policy applies) evening and weekend calls to 36 popular international destinations listed on the Full rate card. (Downloadable from euVantage page). In additional you will receive discounted calls rates to a further 14 popular international destinations.

Q. What is the Fair usage policy?

A. Fair usage policy is up to 60 minutes per call and total monthly limit of 1500 minutes.

Q. How much does the euTALK package cost?

A. £7.25 per month including VAT

Q. How much will my calls cost?

A. All calls to any UK landline number at any time for up to an hour per call are free. (You can redial after 60 minutes and the call will remain free)

Q. Will I be charged if a call runs longer than 60 minutes and I don't redial?

A. Yes, all calls with a call duration greater than 60 minutes incur a minimum call charge of 4.7p (incl. VAT) for the first minute and a standard rate of 2.5p per minute for all subsequent minutes.

Q. Can I add or remove Service Extras in any month?

A. Customers who are on the eutalk service package may add or remove any product extras. All changes will be valid from the 1st day of the following month, for a minimum of one month.

Q. Can I carry over unused minutes to the following month on my mobile service extra?

A. Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month.

Q. Does a minimum contract term apply?

A. No, there is no minimum contract term for the euTALK service.

Q. Do the euTALK(xtra+ultra) residential landline products have a minimum contract period?

A. Yes, euTALKxtra = 12 month contract, euTALKultra = 18 month contract

Q. What is the penalty for cancelling your service before the end of the contract period?

A. 100% of the total remaining monthly service charges that would have been payable had the contract gone on for its remaining term

Q. What are the differences between the euTALKxtra and euTALKultra products?

A. As detailed below:

The monthly fee is £5.99 including VAT per month after this period

The monthly fee is £6.99 including VAT for the duration of the contract period

There are no other differences

Q. Are the free international landline calls capped at 60 minutes per call like the local and national calls?

A. Yes, this works in exactly the same way. You can redial after 60 minutes and the call will remain free.

Q. What are the limitations on the Fair Usage policy.

A. The fair usage policy of 1500 minutes per month applies only to international calls. UK Landline calls, both local and national remain FREE and unlimited, but with a 60 minute call duration.

Q. Are there any bolt-ons (service options) associated with the euTalk ultra and extra services?

A. No, there are no bolt-on services associated with these products

Q. Is there a cooling off period and how long is it?

A. You have 14 calendar days in which to cancel your service if you so wish

Q. Can I change to another Euphony landline service at anytime?

A. You may change your service once you have finished the contract term of either 12 or 18 months

Q. How much are calls to other countries that are not on the free list?

Q. How much are calls to Non Geographic numbers such as 0845, 0870 and 0871 numbers?

A. You may change your service once you have finished the contract term of either 12 or 18 months

0870 & 0871 - Peak 7.48p per minute - All other times 3.95p

Q. How much are calls to premium rate numbers?

A. Calls to these numbers will vary as they are set by the person who owns the number. That is why when you see these numbers used for TV programs & competitions such as 'Big Brother' or 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' the call cost is always clearly displayed. These numbers are NOT INCLUDED in the free calls offered with euphony packages.
